WRONG!

The answer is yes. A lot of the fruity loops effects are VST effects, just copy the .dll files of the effects to your cubase VST plugin folder and you're good to go.

I am sure it works, I use the fruity loops effects in my sequencer (renoise)

good you learned something I learn new stuff everyday still... I'm Glad I do
