Awesome break. There's definitly potential there to make it into a great remix.

* I like the rhythm of the leads in your intro, makes me 'bob' my head
* Break: I like how the leads fade in and out, gives it a little attitude
* Main leads: IMO could be a little stronger, the base line stands out too much

All in all you should continue to work on it.

The kick is ok, but that bassy sound is sooo thin. That snare is much to loud, and imo a bit old-fashion. :P
The melody, (37 secs now) is irritating me. The bass misses the low frequencies, it's not quite a bass now. The lead totally falls away behind the bass. It's nog loud enough. Ah, I hate that phaser-thing on the snares..

Also the lead sounds a bit too thin imo. Snare in the break... there it comes.. no... I expected a smashing climax, but there's only a bass. That's not nessesary. Climax is quite ok, there's not much left of the hihats anymore.

Sorry, I don't like it very much. But I think it could have some potential if you work on a 'few' points. Good luck!

marcusk : thx for tha review, i would finish this but it was only intended for an outtro/ending tune to a set or a possible album (so i guess the fade is stuck there )

darkone55: constructive feedback good, i get what u mean by the bass thing, this wasnt intentional, the original idea was to have some sort of acid whirrly thing there, but i created this new distorted saw sound and thought that was better. quality wise it could be alot better, but i was stoned when i made this with my cheapy pair of earphones (them high and low freqs are hard to pick out) plus i had a long break from producing, so it would of been of a lower quality because of the sudden dive back into FL etc

I agree with pretty much everything darkone said. The main lead sounded like it was fighting over some space with something else and the volume kept pulsating, which felt rather irritating. In terms of laying down notes, it was very well done. It just needs some work on the EQ and mastering. It definately has potential - but not the way it is now.

omg, 7.3 kbps... if i still remember what it was i was downloading like next year when its finished ill give you a review, but i guess it wont be anything new..

nice drive, those open hats sound abit too layed.. nice bass.. snare rolls a little overdone, pretty intense melody.. way too much high end.. and it sounds like it clips.. i can visualise the red light indicating a clip.. otherwise not bad.. just need to be re- mixed and EQ`ed a bit..
