everything in "Okna" is based on acting.
Dmitri Nagiev went to public w/ this statement once, that when Okna started, some of the stories were true, but in pursuit of good TV ratings, they hire actors or common people for every show. now everybody knows the temper of russians. they easy get into the act of such "socio-dramas".
