My friend is throwing an all jungle party tonight in Buffalo. I don't know what I'm going to do! AHHH~ Jungle all night! Blah!
I always help him out at his parties, but I have requested to work the door tonight so I can be as far away from the music as possible
Everyone, please keep me in your trance prayers tonight...hehe.
Peace,
Steve

Sry, but I can't understand wut's so bad with jungle
I mean okay, it's not as genious as trance, but it's at least better than britney and her f*cking "slave 4 u"!
At least I like jungle ... can't I work tha door and u stay @ home (oh nooo ... I dun think I can fly to N.Y. today) ...
Jungle hasn't got ANY variation in it. Always the same non-rithmic beat. Can't dance on it at all.
Yuk

hehe. Maybe you guys just haven't heard enough good jungle. That stuff is sick! You just need to gain an appreciation. Fast beat, driving bass lines.. ooohoho baby.
As it happens, jungle does have a rythmic beat, it just isn't in 4/4 time like trance. I find the best way to dance to it is to go with every other beat..

yeah, jungle is nice sometimes.. it's a 4/4 beat though isn't it?
it's just WAY faster, like 160-190 BPM..
the way to dance to it, is hit the 2 and 4 beats, the snare drums..
boom tish --- boom tish
jungle is not as good as trance though.

jungle = drum and bass... for the most part. it's drum driven music (mostly snare and hi-hat) with jazzy bass lines. not too many animal sounds. the best junglist dj's can mix and match different tracks all night. dropping in samples here and there.
