That's quite the most usual reaction for this kinda stuff
But seriously, the robot thing hasn't the actual 'things' that make it IDM. It's more what I hear at the other tracks like "I Love IDM"
Your stuff is pretty amusable, but most of it sounds just too much like lounged up techno with weird Illbient melodies. (note that that last one is a GOOD thing)
But it takes more to keep a man interested, remember that the whole thing about IDM is that it's a Jungle genre, man. Be sure you keep that "bass" in. Also Ambient Techno is a very important source for minimalstic melodies and creating soundscapes.
Further on, other than the typical Trance synths would be nice too.
sorry for being so harsh,
Keep on working on it, 'cause I'd rather listen to this than some boring proghouse or something

THanks people for the comments.
The robot track i did experimental. And i did the track 1 year ago. So i feel diffrent now about it than i did before.
The robot track isnt a serious track.. i just figured id make a robot singing sad stuff... which makes unique i guess.
I love IDM is one of my recent ones i messed around with. i Favor this one more because it was more complex to make the drums than the other tracks. I havent finished it though. But its cool to see that you guys listen to my traxx.
Being that I usally
produce TRance music
