Just wondering if any of you have actually ordered from this site and did it work out ok. They have some awesome deals such as a 1200 for $400. I was definitely eying some of their technics packages which consist of two 1200's and a selection of different mixers to go with them...the whole packages cost around $1400!! If this place was truely legitimate that would be great.
Thanks

I've spoken with them a few times, but never ordered from them(they dont ship to APO boxes). They do have the best prices on the web for new equipment, as well as an awesome selection.
They actually run a store in Chicago called MiniMax Electronics, or something like that. Just the website is called 123DJ.
Their sales staff was never very friendly or respectful, but i wouldn't hesitate to buy from them if they would just ship to APO's
Their site has been on the web for a reasonable amount of time, at least 1 1/2 years or more.
So in short, go for it. I would.

Not that i've ordered from them or other stores, but I've heard many stories about them failing to ship or shipping damaged goods.
anyways, just what I've HEARD, no personal experience.

well i ordered my mixer and tables from them..bad mistake cuz my mixer was damaged..too bad i wasnt soo sure it was damaged into like 3 weeks after i got it..toobad i was too lazy to return it but anyway i just wanted something that worked so i can get started on dj'in so i kept the damaged mixer..the only problem with it is the crossfader. it works on one end but when i move it to the other end it acts as if i didnt move it..its like broken on one end i guess i hafta get a new crossfader to resolve this problem? hehe whatever not that big a deal..i dont even use the crossfader anyway
dude this is what i do! i go online and see who has the best prices!i print out the web site! go to the local dj store which would be guitar center and they match prices! so i dont have to pay for shipping or anything. sometimes i get out of it from paying taxes so i woudl find out which stores in your area that would match prices. cause i am tellin you, you could save alot of money doing this. and plus you dont got to wait for the order to come in like 2-3 days. plus don thave to worry about the damage either!

i just use the channel faders which makes it a more smoother mix because you have more control over the volume.
