I heard this song in a PVD set I was listening to, and I loved it. I knew I had heard it somewhere before, near the end of DJ Tiesto - Magick 6.

the track is listed as being two different songs though, and I know they are the same.

VDM - No Hesitation on both sets if my memory serves me correctly...

and yes the song is dope!

errr...ok? this one has been id'ed before...

No Hesitation is the A1 track of VDM's Deflection EP...so both names are right...it should be VDM - "No Hesitation [Deflection EP]"
