Saw mention of these blanks and they do look the dogs but where can I get them in the UK for a reasonable price?

Thanks,

I have a bunch of these and they just arent worth it. the only time i have ever had skips or some type of error on a disk is with these. you cant burn on max speed cause they cant handle it. there is also no room to write anything on them.

i still use them, but only to burn my recorded sets and i do it at 12x.

not worht spinning with them.

but they are cool as hell though.

I have the ones with the black playing surface too- some cd players hate them, especially older ones. Newer ones are more tolerant.
Look cool but more hassle that they are worth in my experience

These are all I use. I have never had a problem with them. I mark them on the vinyl using a metallic silver sharpie. It stands out great and makes it easier to find a track quick and in dark places when spinning. Why would you want to burn in max speed when you are suppose to burn in the slowest speed possible?

Mike

I'm pretty sure you didn't mean the slowest speed possible, because that would take forever... When I burn at the max speed of my burner, I sometimes get buffer underrun errors, so I usually burn at half the max speed.

I don't know why you guys are having problems.. the Vinyl CDRs are some of the most durable and reliable discs I have ever used before.

I'd highly recommend them.

yeah i haven't had a problem with them been using them for the last 6 months or so. Verbatim makes great media. You should always write things at the slowest speed for best sound and video quality if your just burning data ie computer files backups etc then its not a huge deal
