Nice weird break in the beginning. Good synths + sfx.
The first breakdown is too short, IMO. Also the drums sound a bit too ehr... 'tiny' Sounds like microTrance
The ride bell at 4:04 sounds too loud/not very cool. If i'd knew better, you used those from your soundcard.
The modulation at 5:42 is not very cool. It simply tries to say: "Hey, this song takes too long!"
Add more bass and maybe a sequence melody layer. And refine those drumsounds, please

The main melody as it is at 3:09 reminds me of a classic: "DJ Georgio presents Mangaro - Apperception". Man, I feel like looking this one up in my CD collection at the moment!
