עזרה עם סרטים

אני יודע שלא קשור אבל יש לי בעיה מעצבנת אחושרמוטה ואולי משיהו פה יכול לעזור לי.
הורדתי סרט עכשיו ברגע שאני מנסה להפעיל אותו נפתח המדיה פלייר ואני מקבל הודעת ERROR
כאלו נתקעה התוכנה ואז היא נסגרת
זה קרה לי פעם עם עוד כמה סרטים
ניסיתי להפעיל את הסרט ב DIVX PLAYER
והוא נתן לי הודעת ERROR
UNKNOWN EXCEPTION CAUGHT
למישהו יש מושג מה עושים עם זה?

נסה עם תוכנה אחרת ואם זה לא פועל גם שם אז הקובץ פגום אח שלי
