Recording on a Mac (Spin Doctor)

I just recorded a set on my Mac using Spin Doctor...the file (set) was recorded as .aiff (650MB). I want to convert it to MP3, however I have no idea how to do it... ohh when I said MP3, I also meant MP3 size ...
Could someone please tell me how to do it!
Cheers

iTunes, set your preferences for importing to 320kbps MP3 (Or whatever quality you desire), highlight the AIFF file in iTunes, click convert selection to MP3, and you're set...
