I have almost finished my Marketing degree here at the University of Sydney and i have studied all of the topics that you have to cover in your final exam.

(1) The New Turn of Marketing

Interesting topic.

As you probably know, services now account for 70-80% of the GDP in developed nations such as the USA and Japan and 50-60% of developing nations such as Malaysia and Indonesia.

Many factors have contributed to the increase in services:

* Globalisation
* Many companies have moved their manufacturing overseas to low-wage countries such as China and India to save money. This is known as the "hollowing-out" effect.
* Government deregulation and privatisation
* Advances in communication and technology (the internet!)
* More education and the increase in highly skilled workers

computer. it makes it not so annoying so you don't have to scroll

Firstly, Thankx for asking me... I did well... I got a 6 !!! :=).
Secondly, here's what he asked me:
1) I started with a topic choosed.
RelationShip MKT (8 main components & the 11 C)
2) What's LTV ?. How do you measure ?. How do you increase it ?.
3) What's the CRM analitic heart ?. Answer: DataWareHouse & DataMart.
4) What's Datamart ?.
5) What's does it say the Twin Theory ? (Something about CMV's & CMP's).
6) What can you personalize ?. Answer: 3 main aspects: Products, Services & Communication.
7) How can you do masive personalizing ?.

The 2 and the 5 question were pretty hard, coz I didn't remember them... but well I passed... thank you for asking...

Felicidades. La expresión no la entendí. Disculpa, nunca la he escuchado. Y normalmente los finales te dejan seco y cansado, especialmente si te esfuerzas mucho.
