'Uplifting' or 'Progressive' Trance

As far as I know many Tranceaddicts listen to different styles, the most popular and biggest ones should be the two mentioned above.
...............

I prefer uplifting trance more because of the build ups, the fact you can dance better to it and it isn't so repetitive as prog.

Uplifting for the same reasons as you stated above mainly. Though I do listen to progressive, hard, deep, vocal, and all things in between.
