Maybe this is me using the wrong samples... The kick is fine, Open Hat and Clap is great but its general perc's and Closed Hats that i can't get my head around. Any Tips, Samples etc...

I've never had trouble with drums, but Tweak's tutorial is something you might want to have a look at.

great synth work can make the simplest percussions sound good, or vica verca
I'd suggest picking up the Vengeance Essential Clubsounds Vol1 sample cd from http://www.vengeance-sound.de. It contains alot of good percussion samples to use and loops you can use underneath your drum samples.

I think there are individual samples on there, im gonna check first. Im a producer where everything will have to be made by me and things like loops? i couldnt sleep if i released a track with someone elses loops hense why i asked you guys for some advise...
