I don't think it's Synaesthesia (it sounds cool to have ;D), but when I'm in the right mood and listen to music, I can see the different layers of the track. They take shape in cubes, circles. They change color, size, and what have you, when the vibe of the music changes, and so on.
I can also see a scenario take place when listening to tunes. That's how I name my tunes too. For Quintet of a Meadow, for example, I saw a Meadow in front of me. Trees a little here and there, green green grass all over the place. It's a sweet scene...
For every tune I produce I know what the music video would look like. What will happen in it etc. Sometimes I take it the other way around. I make up a scene, and then try to discribe it, through music.
