Yep another request from me

Does any one reamber this website....where it had this U.S soldier next to this middle easter kid giving the thumbs up.And i think the kid was holding a cardbord.Which you could type any shit you wanted.There was a thread about with awhile back.I cant find it.Anyone know what website im talking about?
