Put on your dancing shoes and get down to this mix of bass-laden, funky tech-house rhythms. Initially released as the B-side of 2rip's Mutant Funk dj mix compilation, The Cattle Prod Crisis is a demonstration of 2rip's ability to blend funk, house, acid, and breaks all in a tightly wound session. The disc begins with 2rip's own intro "Buttcrack a la Mode" and is soon underway with floor rocking beats from Paranoid Jack, Marc O'Tool, The London Squeak Motif, Sasha Carassi, Lee Coombs, and finally ending on track 12 with "Tzumbae" by Santos.
