LOLOLOL!!! THis is a blast from the past of the chicks i used to hang out with when i was like 17. So they bitch about the relationship that shes clearly putting loads of work in to until she gets upset, then turn it round to make it look as if it's not their fault. As for the mirror talk, rofl!!!! Yeah, i hate it too. So fake.
Why do we do it? Well most of us don't. Sadly, it's the norm within some groups. THey watch 'Friends', read 'Cosmopolitan', and think its cool to go around having mood swings and hugging each other all the time. Just bear with them for now. They're basically young, insecure girls. It makes them feel superior to bitch about someone. It makes them feel important if they solve other people's non-existent problems. The majority of females grow out of this with increased independence, confidence, and maturity.
Sooooo, we go on and on ad infitum do we? Yup, well here's why:
1. Conflict. Men hate it. You would prefer to hide under a rock when she has a problem rather than face up to it. Remember, if she has a problem, she won't shut up until it's sorted, so you might as well pay attention in the first place.
2. What is a simple request for us appears to be a request of massive life inconvience proportions to some men. This is the real world: toilet rolls do not replace themselves, and you must learn the basic differences between girlfriend and mother. Awww, you poor wee mummy's boys!
