She had this on Strange Little Girls, which came out in 2001. Never a big fan of that album as a whole, because 1) I'm not a girl, so an entire album devoted to the gender relations from a female perspective that doesn's doesn't do it for me, and 2) It's too creepy. The '97 Bonnie and Clyde (Eminem) is an example of the creepiness I'm talking about. I just can't take really slow singing or speech that's of something that i have no experience with (being a female in tragic/depressing situations) backed by similarly slow pianos or percussion. Also, she turns The Beatles - Happiness is a Warm Gun into an anti-gun sound byte frenzy.
