it is way to distorted, and sorry but the pattern doesn't really do anything for me....maybe with less distortion i could make it out better because near the end of the sample im confused on chords you chose.
thanks for checkin my track mate. and thanks for all the smilies lol
listened to your little creation. its definately loopable the small sample i listened to. i imagine it with a nice deep low bassline and some cool drums.
maybe not quite melodic or easy on the ears as i prefer but this melody may work well on one of those hard trance tracks that come on on a set at 4am in the morning for all the pill heads that are still dancin..
try and employ this in a break but go for percussion as the main drive of the track its used in...

There is definitely too much distortion on the guitar. The lead sound is pretty good maybe getting rid of the distortion on the guitar will make it sound even better. The arps don't follow right at the end. Like the last 3 arps you run through don't seem to follow the rest of the arps at the beginning. Change those and it'll sound a lot better.

melody is okay.... what i would really like to see is it being put in a track and arranged very well....
not saying that it's bad nor that it's good, but making melodies isn't the difficult part... it's arranging it in a track that makes sense that invokes some sort of feeling with the listener... that's when I'll be happy
