I emailed the Trance Communication label seeing as how Insigma's Open Our Eyes is such a hard find these days. Here's their reply:

"Unfortunatly this is deleted on ATCR. I think that Virgin
(who we have licensed it to) are almost ready to release
some vinyl. If you drop me a line in a month or so I'll
try and help out.
