Would anyone happen to know this song or artist?


In an extremely deep voice, the lyrics, "the wave is comming" are said maybe twice and its a really great trance tune. The song plays at the end of a live set or what i think is a live set titled Tiesto - Forbidden Paradise. But my cousin sent it to me over the internet and I'm not sure if its even a Tiesto song. It also could be a cd since the whole set is cd length and there are barely any mistakes and it's also one of the best mixes I've yet to hear.
