This is an evacuation of only 2.5 Million people.. have any of you thought of an even bigger evacuation for a real city !?!?!..Imagine the chaos a Chemical weapon would cause.. this type of emergency in a state like NEw York, hell even Miami.. evacuate it all.. just think about it.
