You really have to hear the record...

What tracks have hit you with a greater impact on 12" than you heard in them before? Perhaps the hard copy revealed elements you hadn't noticed, or the production sounded fuller and crisper than you expected. (CD is okay too, but I'm mainly thinking of vinyl)

I recently picked up a copy of Brainchild - Symmetry C (Lange Breakbeat Remix) and was surprised how impressive the track was compared to my memory of it.

I dunno about that, but I get hit really hard by a track when I hear it on a good sound system (think Avalon's custom EAW system we have here in LA)

I wasn't a HUGE fan of the stuff Zabiela had been playing till I saw him live.

Trentemoller - Rykettid just kills on a big system...

I to didn't like Zabiela at first. Though I have not heard him live, he grew on me. Captain Hook (house remix) is just wicked!
