I'm thinking of checking out Beba lounge tonight... however, I am usually a casual dresser... will this be a problem?

Are runners okay?

Is anyone here an owner/manager/senior staff I can mention in case I get hassled at the door (ie. bouncer trying to collect extra income?)

i went in there on a saturday night once with sneakers

The place is really chill

Sneakers are no problem, and the bouncer is a really cool dude

The only thing they don't allow is hats

...and if you bring a bag...$5 bucks for mandatory check-in

Be careful with the sneakers, I was there once on a saturday and they weren't going to let someone in with running shoes on. I think it probably depends more on what they look like then whether they are sneakers or not. I wouldn't try to wear white running shoes, you know what I mean?

this is only on saturdays.. thursdays i've never had a problem..

(ps. it was me on saturday with the running shoes.. lucky it was lars' bday, hence he let me in )
