go learn about what specifications mean. what shutter speed u should be content with, how many megapixels do YOU need.

ok dude how much money u got? if you have about 200 bucks u can get an excellent camera, most likely about 4 megapixels (don't get anything lower) everything else u should look for is extra feautures stuff like video function, optical and digital zoom (go for more optical and less digital).
