I started in electronic music with influences by group such as: New Order, Depeche Mode, Front 242 and Joy Division.
But in reality , Belgium Electronic Body Music and Front 242 were the ones that reality were my school of influence in the electronic world.
Having tried several styles, I finally arrived at the one i play..Techno. I always liked percussion and dark beats than really made apreciate techno music. But without doubt with the industrial like of EBM and trance music, made me really apreciate the style that i love.
I am always trying to get the influences in electronic music, past and future, new sounds and experiments. One has always try to experiment, and leave our influences and daily humour guide the infinite possibilities.
The Dj's that are in the techno beat and that i always admired are: Chris Liebing, Sven Vath, Dave the drummer, Pascal Feos, Christian Varella, Adam Beyer, Mescalinium United (Leny Dee). Without any doubt this production team influenced me in past and putting that together with the actual ones a new segment and style for my own production.
One of my tracks named "Detroit Strunz" was introduced in Brasil with following information: Brasil com S 002 (Ep-2002) (www.brasilcoms.com.br), this is Brazilian label national techno, created by Guto CS, and other producers on this record were Dj Murphy(Brasil com S/Definition Records) and Philip Braunstein (Darkhouse/Brasil com S/ Superbra). I Also put on the market a private independent collection named: Vector Commander - Dj Alex Strunz (11/02/2002), containg 11 tracks and some special invited guest.
I have to play in FILE - Festival of language music electronic in 2004, with productions mine and intervencion of VJ Chris Winter.
