considering midor normally produces uplifting/epic stuff (well with six4eight anyway) i was pretty impressed by these; all follow a pretty deep & sublime techtrancey groove which might appeal to oliver lieb fans... feintly reminded me of some of his work. heatseeker & quakescan are a tad more aggressive & driving whereas the other 2 have a slightly more laidback feel to them.. but all are in a similarish vein. top stuff in all & definitely looking forward to more of his solo work
also if anyone can recommend other new (or semi-new) stuff similar to this then that'd be grand
This was quite the surprise for me. After stuff like No Man's Land, stripped down and technoid affairs like Quakescan sound quite refreshing to my ears. Good work.

Glad to hear you like those mate!
As Sjodalf said, I decided to strip the six4eight part off (won't be using that again); simply to release everything as MIDOR.
This is more the direction we've decided to go into lately. The both of us always liked techno and techy influenced tracks thus the choice was easy to make. Expect more like these in the (near) future!

wicked.. glad to hear that & nice to see you on the boards. also 'midor and six4eight' was always a bit of a mouthful to say out loud, so that's good too
