I admit the title does sound a little cheesy but check it out anyway. I got the wippenburg mix from AG, their the same peeps who remixed "ian van cheese - cheese in the sky" and made it sound a bit more respectable. It also has vocals for all you anti dub peeps! I'd upload an extract but i can't be Rsed.

Yeh i've heard it a million times. Decent tune. I got 8 different mixes of it... The 2-step mix is da shit!

This always happens, a good tune gets overplayed then it hits commercial. ppk resurrection used to be alright but it's gone commercial . I've been looking back through my collection after i heard tiesto play cj bolland. I've still got the original along with some other decent tunes i'm starting to fit into my sets. Koolworld - invader is a pretty cool tune and bedrock - set in stone.

So, you're saying that when a tune gets played a lot it looses its appeal? I don't follow that logic.

yes, trancaholic. If a song gets played a lot or is just old, it loses a large extent of its appeal. I mean, do you still go around listening to sandstorm or everybody loves a carnival. NO! Music evolves. That is why there is a large DJ industry where one of their goals is to play the newest songs so that people can say, "hey what is that song they played?" It interests people to hear new stuff. Do you go to your record store and get the oldest CDs and vinyl? No, you are gonna get the new stuff because it's fun to hear a new song that you love. Sorry to disagree so harshly, but I think others feel the same way.

I don't feel that your reply is harsh at all - just arguments that back up your opinion. Personally I do occasionally listen to the older tracks like Snap!, 2Unlimited and (speaking of more trancey sounds) BBE and Future Breeze. And I even bought the first Leftfield album half a year ago even though it's five years old or something.
Maybe it's because I never listen to radio, but I still fail to see why good tracks become worse as time passes or they get played to more people. Weak/repetive tracks of course gets long in the tooth because their imperfections stand out, but we all adore Café del Mar don't we? And that's from like 93 or something.

i agree with DJsparxx, it doesn't make it any less of a tune but if it goes commercial then fat radio dj's get the horn and play it all the time. For me it kills a reputation. YOur right about cafe del mar but it was never released as a single as far as i know. I used to come home and listen to that track every day. I'm so wierd!
