hey all, well i jus got home from seeing oakenfold spin in pheonix arizona, and he blew it up...OMG what an fantastic set, but that got me thinking, what is everyone's favorite oaky set? either live or mp3...

i'm now seen him 3 times and he keeps me in awe each time, although my personal favorite would mos def be Gatecrasher @ Lotherton Hall that is the most amazing set to an aspiring dj... aight i'm done rambling now...i'm out

I would say either Oakenfold at Creamfields, or Essential Mix from Home in OCtober 99.. =p

it will definitely be the set he played in homelands, dunno the date though coz the mp3 i downloaded did not indicate it...

I think it's from May of 99. I think I have the one you're talking about, it is one of his best ones.

The show last Saturday was outstanding...he really had everybody moving...the crowd was solid...sound was terrific...all and all a very good show!!!

And regarding favorite mix...Gatecrasher is one of my favorites!

What up Phoenix ravers....I am so jealous that you guys got to see Oaky...I go to college in LA so I totally missed out on what i heard was a really phat party...last time i saw Oaky was at Nocturnal and he rocked the West Coast...peace
