But yeah... it's not really stealing considering the idea isn't patented. If anything, everyone's too late on the bandwagons. The technologies were around for much longer. haha

even if it werent a photochop, i wouldn't be surprised to see sony come out with something like that. why not? if it were only like 30 bucks, i could definitely see it selling.

that's where i think nintendo got their shit fucked up. they should've released a regular controller, and sell the remote on the side, instead of vice-versa

That would totally be a mistake. Tout how your console will change the way video games are played, and then when you introduce the technology, you make it optional? That's where they would fuck up. All that R&D for nothing, because you know that not many consumers would buy it, which would give less incentive for 3rd party developers to make games compatible with it.

Then it would just be a useless gimmick that only Nintendo would support with other stupid gimmicky games. This way, it's the standard...so every game that comes out, whether developed by Nintendo or not, will have to support this in some way.
