you may as well go for something better than the DJM-300 for the same price (around $350 USD).
Check out the new ECLER NUO2. It's a 2-channel mixer, which has better faders, better EQ (the EQ's kill), has kill switches, an FX loop with PRE/POST settings (if you plan to get external FX, you cant even use it with the DJM-300) and a seperate channel for a MIC. Plus it has XLR outputs and booth output. AND adjustable curves on all faders.
Seriously, for the same price, it has ALOT more features than the 10 year old Pioneer.
Maybe even look at a "higher-end" Numark or something
