battery life on ipod video is reportedly pretty short like 1.5 hours for playing video. The screen is pretty small too. Sony PSP might be better in some ways or a cheap laptop.

battery life is 2 hrs for the 30GB and 3hrs for the 60GB

I love my iPod and it uses the best music software out there (iTunes)

The Iaudio is pretty nice but god forbid you would like to purchase music..... It doesnt intergrate with itunes, which is the largest online music store not to mention one of the most convenient as it intergrates flawlessly with the ipod... Also im sure you will find a much larger variety of ipod accessories.

appreciate all ur info and input on this thanks a lot guys, and i know that some of u dont like the ipod for some kind of reasons, i felt like that about the other ones too but now im thinkin i'll just give this one a try
