Carl Cox @ Buzz, DC, live on the radio!

For all you little kiddies that can't make it to Buzz in Washington DC tonight to see Carl Cox, Scott Henry, Dieselboy, DJ Rap, etc, WHFS (99.1 FM) will be broadcasting the event LIVE from 12-3am EST. If you're anywhere within a 50-mile radius of DC, check it out!

That 3 hours will have 1.5 hours each of Scott Henry and Carl Cox.

And this is going to be a regular thing too! Every Friday, from now on. Very cool, as Buzz is one of the best clubs on the east coast and gets phenomenal DJ talent.

Bye Peeps! I'm off to see some Carl Cox... http://www.tranceaddict.com/forums/...onkeedance2.gif

Indeed! Cox was *on* to be sure, and Scott Henry played a ton of fresh stuff. Excellent night. And AvB on Saturday, what a weekend!

How was the radio coverage!? Were there lots of commercials? Anybody record/rip it?!

There weren't TOO many commercials, but the commercial breaks that they did take seemed quite long.

Yah, I felt just the opposite. Cox was off the hook. But I felt Armin's set was so 1999...well actually he played a bunch of recent tracks, and a few oldies. But he seemed to have no direction in his set - just one anthem after another. He seemed to lose the crowd at the 3-hour mark, during that one piano breakdown.

Anyways, he played good shite, but could have been better.

Wow I can't believe they even did this back then. They should be doing this now since XM and Sirrus are now even bigger and are killing regular radio.
