Trance Nation is Germany’s oldest dance compilation series – the first edition has been released more than eleven years ago. It is also the most successful and one of the most groundbreaking mix album series in Germany – you always find the latest Progressive House and Underground Trance tracks on it. It is presented by the well-known German DJ and producer team Heller & Enkie, who just did an amazing remix of the Nalin & Kane’s “Open Your Eyes (The Child You Are)”. Guest-DJ of this compilation is Tillmann Uhrmacher, one of the most important DJs and producers of the German Trance scene, famous for his own radio-show “Maximal”, which celebrates its 15 anniversary this year and is Germany’s oldest dance show at all. Tillmann Uhrmacher hit several times charts all around the world, “On The Run” was Top 15 in UK, for example. His next single release will be out soon on Vandit Records.

sure us TAs probably wouldnt buy this, but i think it serves as a pretty good 'gateway compilation' into the trance scene. i remember buying a trance nation comp about 8 years ago... sure now i wouldnt touch those tracks with a 10 foot stick, but it got me into the scene, and hell, thats a good thing.
