Soundcard buffers

I currently use a Delta Audiophile 2496, but was wondering which soundcards you lot use and which one has the biggest buffer for the least money, ie. best value for money!

I'm going to give you pretty much the same answer I gave to the headphones question. It's quite easy to find thousands of reviews of these various products online, and the criteria you're looking at doesn't even make sense because production is almost always done using an ASIO driver which doesn't really have a "buffer size", just latency. And as latency goes, just about every sound card on the market that isn't a total piece of crap will be able to offer you near-zero latency.

It is far better to do research and find out what's best for YOU than it is to ask other people what they thought was best for THEM and let them tell you how to spend your money.
