Two minutes, average. However I'm getting into looping and layering the incoming track, so a bunch of my recent mixes have been four minutes.

Usually around 1-1.5 minutes for me. The great thing is, when you know the tracks you are mixing really well, you can nail the mix perfectly to the second. In that case, it could be as little as 45 seconds to 3 minutes. Each track varies.

It really depends on the track. A lot of my tracks are in the 5-6 minute range for total length, so I have to mix those quicker and sometimes I'll even have to mix through a breakdown(don't try this live unless you know you'll nail it). Or I could have longer tracks like 10minutes in length where I can and do pull longer mixes. Or sometimes I'll want to stuff about 20 or so songs into an hour which dictates shorter quicker mixes.

usually about 1.5 mins, I usually don't think about mixing in a new track (unless the songs woork this way) until there is about 2 mins left in the track. even then, a lot of my tracks have fast intros, so ya gotta be teh quick.

so between 1 and 2 mins.

5 min??? you must play techno??i don't see how you could do that while playing trance, if not you must mix through breaks, and breakdowns....5 min is almost an entire record
