[Psy]Cybernetika - Neuromancer (192kbps, full)

Hiya,
here's a new tune I just made, it is still not finished but I want to get some opinions first before I continue. The synthwork itself and the track structure are basically complete.
This one is called "Neuromancer", inspired by William Gibson's legendary Cyberpunk novel. It features some hard stomping Psy with some influences from Industrial music. In a way it's a typical Cybernetika tune :P

Length: 7:29
Bitrate: 192kbps
Filesize: 10.5 MB

enjoy!

Wicked tune man!
Really some hardcore stuff here! I loved how the tune sounds really full yet clear and punchy…lots of synths effects and other elements that don’t really clash with each other.
I really like this tune, kinda underground rave music…love it!

To be honest, this is not my kind of music - it´s too nervous for me

But i really like the synthwork you´ve done!
- especially @ 2:37 min... i like such "breaks" because you can recover a bit from the speed... maybe you can put a second break like this into the arrangement...

Cheers S-Tune

First half creates a really chilly, on-edge feeling.. and the second half is just wicked.

Some of the best psy you've done so far I think, might even top Shark as my favourite one so far. I like the track structure especially. It has that russian touch to it where it build and builds and builds and resolves then just stops. Really loving that style at the moment. Synths are the usual cybernetica brutality. Nice work with this one.

I feel some of the synths are quite distorted though. It would be cool if some were a bit clearer and sharper perhaps? For example, there is a short melody at 5.14 which really contrasts with the vibe of the song, but since its very overdriven, it doesnt quite standout from the rest. Maybe the eqinbg just needs more attention to separate the layers?

I think the bass/kick combo could be tighter or flatter also. Its very good abd rolling as it is although I'd love to hear the bassline on this one seriously drone along.

Anyway, these are just suggestions, I think its really excellent track. I'm in love with the bit at 5.40 when those really driving synths kick in. Well done on this one =)

Nice abstract intro.

Kicks feels a bit weak with everything that's happening.

Noticed some slight clipping at around 2:45

4:48 =

Ok, this just creeped the f*** out of me - and that's just the way I like my psy. Sweet track!

I really enjoy freaky intros like this. The initial set up I beleive sets the mood before the onslaught that is about to hit me.

The bass is warm, though seems muffled. You may need to tighten that up.

I have a feeling that a robo-machine with a buzz saw is coming after me & is getting closer. ....Now its slicing up my soul!

3.00 the fx are talking to me, & Im lovint it. awesome.

4.13 interesting beat change.

The fx are really interesting. They have heaps of character & are constantly changing. great percs.

4.50 HELL YERRR!!! Im loving this.

5.35 some frequncies are harsh.

Great tune mate. Youv'e added some excellent selections of sounds.

Neuromancer is an awesome book, by the way.

It sounds like you're using granualizer on samples from your old tracks. Unconventional, and it really sounds like you're reusing synths, but still pretty damn cool.

Bass kick combo sounds muffled. Probably intentional, though, as your kicks and basses tend to be very tight.

4:47, cool new synths.

Pretty good work. I like the way it's organized.

ok, another quality track by cyber, altho let me take this opportunity to point out a few pointers
your bass is a little rough of frequencies, i mean its not a rocket science, look at the specturm in winamp and you'll see the clip there, maybe thats why the rest of the sounds dont come too clear because of that, altho this is a full-on, i'll be a little honest. Lately i like all your work, dosent matter whether its a killer dance floor track or a chilling beer drinking kind of tune, just remember dude, and you know this better than i do, you need to sacrafice "time" to make a quality track, there is no "magic button"
