should i buy Technics RP-DH1200 ??? +/-

ppl, anyone used/uses Technics RP-DH1200 headphones? can you point on the good and the bad sides of this dj machinery?

1.sound quality
2.durability
3.isolation
4.frequent problems

i cant decide between the DJ1210 and the DH1200, although i understand the DH is more expensive = high-end (imo)
Sehnheisers, Pioneers, Stantons excluded!

Oh, and ive noticed a lot of dj use Sony mdr700 headphones. what about em?

Good buddy of mine has the DJ-1210s. He loves them. I find them a little on the small side and find it hurts my ears to have them on for etended periods.

I own DH-1200s and Love them to death (thanks hun, best gift ever...). Most comfortable Headphones I have ever worn. Same high quality sound as the DJ1210s, I just find these way more comfortable.

If you are a person with a small head however, I would recommend the DJ1210s. The DH1200s are big, and for some, too big.

No on the Sony MDR-V700. The best from Sony in my opinion are the MDR-V6. They are about 30 dollars cheaper than the V700, and sound at least twice as good.

Technics RP-DH1200

what about the durability??? i mean the ear joints, the plug-in mechanism of the wire (whatever...)
should i expect it to fall apart in 2-3 months. im not a power user, i mean i dont work as a dj for 8 hours a day. i need it for my Numark DM1050 connected to Traktor 2.6 (via PC s/card)

I've only had mine for about 2 months, no sign of any wear on them. My buddy has had his DJ1210s for almost a year, feel, look and sound brand new.

I love mine. they are rock solid. You do have to break them in. I feel they were really tight in the beginning, but now they fell great
