Well, him just having his ass hanging out was enough for everyone to be mooned at. Rodman pointed at Tiesto like yeaaa! but that was it really. He was dancing like an ass and made tiesto mad. Rodman didnt get kicked out cuz he was still in the VIP area. As far as apologizing goes, that might've been behind the exit doors cuz I didnt see that happen.
