(That's a mailbox I've set up which should be able to deal with a few large files!)
I'm generally looking for about 1 hour long mixes although if I get a couple of half hour mixes I'd like to use then I might put them both up together one month but I might have to draw the line at 90 mins as a maximum length... although if I get a particularly good 2h mix I might decide to use it as a one-off. At least 128kbps quality please, preferably 192k (I'll re-rip to 192k before uploading it if it's higher quality than that, to save space and make it quicker to download)
Obviously I probably won't be able to use every mix I'm offered, although if I don't use a particular mix one month I might decide to use it the next, or the month after or whatever. Just a few tips about the kind of things I'm likely to look for: generally keeping the music varied and the mixing style varied and a little bit original is probably the best advice I can give. Oh, and starting it in a way other than just at the start of a normal 12" inch version of a tune goes a long way too 
Sorry to make it sound like I'm throwing down rules  , I'm not going to discard anything that doesn't fit what I've just said by any means.
Remember I'm not ruling out ANY genres, even punk/metal or something lol, if it's done well I'll be into it.
