Invisible Grin (First track ever) Refresh --- final?sample? [2:05]

Ok. So I am a noob. This is the first track I have ever made. A bunch of people said they liked it at my g/f's party the other day, so I decided to start making trance/techno stuff. All in fruity loops. Please dont bash me if it sucks cause I wouldn't know.

Hello,
Welcome to TA , the tune itself is really amateur, that is not bad at all, I am saying it in a good way , all we have been there, I like the ideas you have and for to be ur first tune it sounds pretty much better than my first tune, your sound is pretty decent, it lacks of alot of elements, begining with the kick .
You are going good man, I use also fruityloops but I am jumping to ableton live right now, if you need any help with Fruity or Trance structure just add me to ur msg and I will give you a hand .

Kopi =o.

Yeah its really amatuer..um my advice on fuller sounds..try using the fruity Effects. Eq and add reverb and stuff..they should help you get them sounding alil fuller.Start reading alot too.Theres a thread here on how to master kicks and EQ and all.Also learn some chord progression and music theory.It would help later on.Remember..keep practicing! you dont just start one day and say oooo! this is the new tune of the nite!

well my friend it was very unique, and a good first tune , mine sounded something like a nokia midi tune.you got a rythm. How ever you need strings , pads , some perc elements (hats , snares, rides aso...)
some compresion. when ading padwork or strings use accords to make it sound rich and pro. ex insted of using 1 key on the string use 3.
try it , i think FLP have some kind of list of the accords. if not experiment , put for an ex one note on c1 c2 c3 and play em at the same time , you will hear that the sound gets fat and good.

keep up the good work

Accords = Chords

Pretty interesting tune...especially for your first track. I liked it. Of course it sounds a little amateur, but that's because it's your first track. You're missing some elements, but you'll develop that through more producing. I'm looking forward to hearing some new tunes from you. Good luck

You are using FL pack sounds and they arent the best i think even though some are usefull. i think this tune was pretty funny but it lacks the full sounds given by percs strings and pads. the tune's got tempo .
my firt tune sucked rather big time agaisnt this. i still have my first tune somewhere if you want to hear it
