Do research on the drugs you're putting into your body before you do them, mmmm K. Especially with illegal drugs, you might want to know, because the effects might have something to do with it being illegal (though it might not). You'd know the answer to your questions if you did. And no, there's not really a way to get rid of it, it's part of the drug.

lol yeah man last time i rolled i couldnt sleep the next night either.. it wares off after a day or so just relax try and lay down put on some soft music n watch tv till you pass out thats what i do.

You can't really do the exact research cause you dont know what they exactly put into the E or what ever you do as long as you got a good and trusted dealer you should be fine but dont ever cop off some one at a club . Most people who sell like that have Garbage no one with good shit will risk something like that cause they will have regular customers and they dont need that risk . If you go rollin on good shit the next day you should be Fine , Relaxed and chillin after a night of Dancing & buggin out
