1) anywebsite such as ebumworld or wtvr that streams video... i cant get it to stream it just sits there and if i try to close it before its done thinking, it makes my IE or firefox freez and it doesnt ever playt he video
2) when watching videos on the apple program the sound is fucked up. it sounds like its playing the video and the sound is fine but then there is another sound that is the same 1 second behind.. so it sounds sketch
anyone help?

run a virus check to see if anything fishy is going on. If your pc is clean, adjust the network settings for Windows Media Player or Apple Quicktime. If that still doesn't work, then uninstall those programs completely and install them again. Chances are they are corrupted somehow.
