I didn't smoke pot till the summer I was 16. But I had smoked a lot of hash before then...so uh...I dunno.

The first time I smoked, I was 15, and I had a job as a DJ at a local roller disco.

We had a half day of school, and after class was out, I left with two of my friends who were Juniors (I was a freshman) to go to one of their cousins house and get me a bag.

This was the ultimate crackden - and this guy was a career dealer, but whatever - I bought half a bag of heady, heady pot for $30 and proceeded to spend the afternoon smoking all of it with them out of bongs and steamrollers. I was fucking torched.

I passed out at like 2 in the afternoon.

Later on I had to work and I was still lit for the entire shift and utterly paranoid someone would know, but it was a pretty surreal scene.

And so the affair began...
