Press CTRL+ALT+DEL to open up the Task Manager to see what applications are running. You may find some applications that are not responding, in which case you should "End task" them.
Click on your Start Menu, select "Run...", type in "msconfig" and press [Enter]. (nb. msconfig is not available in all versions of Windows.) Select the Startup tab in the System Configuration Utility to see which applications are running at startup. There are probably some spyware programs in there. Uncheck the ones that definitely look like spyware.
You probably have spyware and crap on your computer from downloading porn. You should install and run anti-virus, anti-spyware, popup-blocker, and firewall programs. You should also edit your autoexec.bat file to delete files that aren't supposed to be on your hard drive. Whenever you (re-)boot the computer, it will delete these spyware files. Use caution when doing this. You don't want to delete required system files! Since you are also a porn addict, backup your autoexec.bat file regularly on another drive or disk so you won't have to retype the entire list of files to delete, in case you have to reinstall Windows.
Your hard drive may be bloated. Windows may require the 1.3GB for virtual memory. Install another hard drive, and store all your data on it. Only install the operating system and applications to the c: drive. Reassign your My Documents icon to a new folder on the data-only drive.
