Question Anyone that knows about Video editing...

Hello,

First off, thanks for looking in here. I am trying to transfer .asf (microsoft video files) into .mpeg so I can burn them onto cd with nero in the form of a vcd. I can't seem to find any type of program that will transfer them for me. Does anyone know of a such a program that would do this?
