What the fuck happened to maintaining reasonable signature lengths?

Just take a breeze through the MD to see what I mean.

100px x 400px should be max....

150x500 is ok, by some people don't care about that rule. Isn't there a way to automaticly block bigger signatures?

150x500 is already limiting. It's not like you have a computer from '95. I want the signature file size raised to 100k!
