Christmas Keyboard shopping

Can't quite figure out this...

I need a keyboard that is 49 keys or more, I don't want any built in synth, and i need a USB connection with it. I saw m-audio 61es, but i would only like to spend around 100$ (83 euros, 60 pounds). I want to use it with cubase, or maybe FL.

Any ideas?
