psy for dummies

k as a purveyor of everything cheese and in light of the recent posts about psy and what not. i wanna give this much touted genre a chance. so gimme some (dare i say cheesy) psy tunes or anything accessible that would make someone uninitiated go "OMgZ thIs PSy Is FUlLY HeKtIk!!!".

anything by astral projection, infected mushroom, yahel, and astrix is usually pretty good.. but im not one of those PSY PSY lovers, i like shit that is quite trancey too.. taucher writes some psy with proggy influences.. simon00 should be able to help you out a bit too he loves the cock i mean psy.

ticon. - new album -
as dave said taucher is the shiznit

i dunno there is hard psy - not really my thang - and then theres the groovier side of it all - psygressive i guess

dousk is anothery - kinda been claimed by the proggers - but kinda slow psy...

i dunno - psy is very much equalling proper trance for me a fair bit lately.

what dave said.

also try rinkadink, protoculture (*jizm*), sub 6 and fatali for melodic psy. anything referred to as 'morning' music should generally float the boats of club trance enthusiasts

soon you won't be able to get enough of psy's crisp production, bouncy kick drum and the infamous *wookawookawookawooka* bassline. awesome.

where's phil and jolz when you need them?

the oakenfold goa silver+gold mix is my fave for that oldskool goa trance sound

can't really get into too much psy these days except for those digital blonde tracks, maybe a bit of sphongle, haven't even finish listening to that infected mushroom earthcore in the park set. (even after benji ranting about it for days on end)
